55 Paradise Lane is one of three buildings at Rockefeller Group Logistics Park in Bayshore, N.Y. The 172,622 square foot distribution building will be adjacent to two fully-leased existing buildings, 145 and 158 Candlewood Road, that total 437,998 square feet.

Rockefeller Group has long recognized Long Island as an important market for industrial development. This project, which will deliver new Class A industrial along with two existing buildings on the site, will provide Long Island with quality distribution space as the market continues to evolve and last-mile locations grow in demand. Rockefeller Group Logistics Park in Bay Shore will be one of the premier distribution facilities on the South Shore.

Construction of 55 Paradise Lane has started and completion is expected in Q1 2023. The new speculative distribution center will include 36-foot ceiling clear heights, 47.5’ X 54’ column spacing, 270 car spaces and 40 dock doors with an additional 40 spaces of trailer parking. Plans also call for an additional 7,317 square feet of office mezzanine space.

The general contractor for 55 Paradise Lane is Ronkonkoma-based Aurora Contractors, Inc. and the architect is Manhattan-based KSS Architects.
